Accessory orders which carriage is priced at \u00a34.95 is a First Class Royal Mail Service, although this is a first class service, we cannot guarantee it will be delivered next day. Please allow 2-5 days for this service.

Discounts<\/strong>
When purchasing wood over the value of \u00a3100 a 10% discount will be applied in the checkout. Wood over the value of \u00a3150 will receive a 10% discount and free postage to UK Main Land only with exceptions to some postcodes where only the excess will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Panel products 900mm x 1220mm (36″ x 48″), 1220mm x 1220mm (48″ x 48″) & 1525mm x 1525mm (60″ x 60″). Are not part of the free shipping offer.

Free postage is only valid on orders up to 20kg. Orders over 20kg will receive a discount of \u00a312.00 but will have to pay the remaining balance of the postage cost.

Postage for our wood products has 3 price bands.

Products under 1 metre and under 10kg are sent via a next day service at a charge of \u00a39.00 inc vat.
(excluding all 600 x 600 & 600 x 900 sheets these are priced at \u00a312.00)

Products over 1 metre and and up to 1.4 metres and under 20 kg are sent via a next day service at a charge of \u00a312.00 inc vat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Panel products 900mm x 1220mm (36″ x 48″), 1220mm x 1220mm (48″ x 48″) & 1525mm x 1525mm (60″ x 60″) and up to 20kg are sent via a next day service at a charge of \u00a325+vat. These product do not apply to the free shipping offer.

Returns Policy
<\/strong>Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or mis described.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
